India Volunteer Himachal Pradesh 8 Week

Project LocationFollowing an overnight stay in Delhi the group travels to Jaipur for a spell of sightseeing and orientation. Volunteers then catch an overnight train to Palamphur - a quaint town based high in the north Indian mountains - where they will spend the majority of the program.
Accommodation & MealsAll food and accommodation is included in the program.
Volunteers are housed in a large stone house which benefits from stunning views of the peaks and glaciers of the Himalayan Mountains.
The food is excellent and in abundant quantities!

Programme Summary:
This program combines trekking and sight-seeing trips (to include the Taj Mahal) with invaluable community work to make a significant difference to the under-privileged community of Himachal Pradesh.
